EVENT DESCRIPTION

As one of three core technologies comprising Intelligent Information Management (IIM) Content Services provides organizations with a flexible and modular approach to utilizing unstructured information wherever and whenever it is needed, independent of the legacy (ECM) preoccupation of where it is stored.

Join us for a live event on Thursday, June 27th as practitioners from a variety of industries share their use of content services for multi-channel capture, content migration/integration/collaboration, and document/records management.

They’ll address these important questions:

  • What are the key drivers motivating the use of Content Services technologies?
  • What obstacles do users face during the acquisition and implementation of Content Services?
  • What business results have they achieved through Content Services?
  • How has this impacted the organization’s overall IIM plans and processes?
  • With the use of Content Services, what’s next in building their organizational roadmap?

This live event is approved for 3.5 hours of CIP Maintenance Credits.

ABOUT AIIM

Here at AIIM, we believe that information is our most important asset. And we've always felt this way – even way back in 1943 when this community was formed as the National Micrographics Association.

Sure, the technology has come a long way since then, and the variety of the information objects we're managing has changed a lot, but one tenet has remained constant: we've always focused on the intersection of people, processes, and information. As the Association for Intelligent Information Management, we help organizations put information to work.
