EVENT DESCRIPTION

As one of three core technologies comprising Intelligent Information Management (IIM) Process Services provides organizations with tools that can be delivered with the simplicity of an app, but within a framework that allows the business to remain in control.

Join us for a live event on Thursday, September 12th as practitioners from a variety of industries share their use of process services for Business Process Management, Robotic Process Automation, Case Management, and Decision Management.

They’ll address these important questions:

  • What are the key drivers motivating the use of Process Services technologies?
  • What obstacles do users face during the acquisition and implementation of Process Services?
  • What business results have they achieved through Process Services?
  • How has this impacted the organization’s overall IIM plans and processes?
  • With the use of Process Services, what’s next in building their organizational roadmap?

This live event is approved for 3.5 hours of CIP Maintenance Credits.

How UC San Diego LEANed Toward Success with Process Palooza

Are you being asked to do more with less? Try being in the IT department of a major university where we are expected to perform magic by automating business processes that were badly engineered to begin with! We found a way to make connections with colleagues, raise awareness of process improvement benefits, and inspire them to work with us to implement changes. Meet "Process Palooza", a first-of-its-kind experience that spawned a university-wide movement using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology in a fun, interactive and highly engaging way.

Think Big by Starting Small: how our tiny team connected all the Norwegian public health records

Organizations and agencies in the public sector are expected to do more with less. They must improve, innovate, and simplify all processes so that both citizens and the organization itself benefit. And, they must do so with fewer administrative funds. The only way that a small team of records managers can make progress in connecting nine agencies under the Ministry of Health and Care Services is to begin with one key initiative. For us, it helped to remember our core mission and start from there. Find out what happens next.

ABOUT AIIM

Here at AIIM, we believe that information is our most important asset. And we've always felt this way – even way back in 1943 when this community was formed as the National Micrographics Association.

Sure, the technology has come a long way since then, and the variety of the information objects we're managing has changed a lot, but one tenet has remained constant: we've always focused on the intersection of people, processes, and information. As the Association for Intelligent Information Management, we help organizations put information to work.
